This policy explains what information RadioDial (“we”, “us”) collects when you use skoolhub.io, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information stored only in your browser

Your favourite stations, the last station you played, your volume setting and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser using local storage. This information never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are deleted on a regular schedule.

Contact form

If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and keep them no longer than needed for that purpose.

Play counts

When you play a station, we tell the Radio Browser directory that the station was played, so its popularity ranking stays accurate. Only the station identifier is sent, not information about you.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Third-party services

• Radio stations. When you press play, your browser connects directly to the station’s streaming server, which can see your IP address like any website you visit.
• Station logos are loaded from the stations’ own websites.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site.
• jsDelivr provides a playback library for some streams.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and Moroccan law 09-08, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
